INTELSAT LLC requests Special Temporary Authority for 30 days from June 22, 2004 through July 22, 2004 to allow in−orbit testing of INTELSAT 10−02 at 1.0 degrees E.L. Intelsat 10−02 is scheduled to be launched on June 15, 2004. 9.
