Washington, DC 20554 Re: Notice of Consummation Intelsat 603; Call Sign $2399 File No. SAT—T/C—20100112—00008 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") hereby informs the Commission that the transfer of licensing authority for Intelsat 603 from the United States to the United Kingdom was consummated at 05:01 AM GMT, January 1, 2012, pursuant to the terms of the Commission‘s December 27, 2011 grant in the above referenced proceeding. Because the U.S. license for the Intelsat 603 satellite has terminated, Intelsat respectfully requests that the Commission remove the satellite from the FCC‘s licensing database.
