These Applications were originally filed on October 17, 2001 seeking Commission review of the grants, to Sirius Satellite Radio, Inc. and XM Radio, Inc., of Special Temporary Authority to operate terrestrial repeaters in the Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service. Given changes that have occurred since that time, Commission review of those orders is no longer necessary, and AT&T is therefore voluntarily withdrawing its Applications for Review.
