                  Dear Mr. Caton

                          By itsattomneys, Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (*Sirius") hereby updates certain
                  information provided to the Commission in a leter dated February 22, 2002, which
                  notified the FCC of Siius‘ plans to install and operate a very low power terrestral
                  repeater in Jackson, Mississippi. In that letter, Sirius informed the PCC that it had
                  contacted each entity holding a WCS, MDS or ITFS license covering Jackson to
                  notifythem of its plans to install and operate a low power repeater in that city.
                  Sirius also noted that it had not received a substantive response to this notification
                  from, among others, Kannew Broadcast Technologies (‘Kannew"). Sitius writes to
                  advise the Commission thet Kannewsince has notified Sirius that t has no
                  objections to its operation of the Jackson repeater pursuant o its special temporary
                  authority ("STA") to operate a satellite DARS terrestrial repeater network.
