Columbia seeks authority to operate C—band capacity on the TDRS—6 satellite to provide commercial satellite services in the United States and Atlantic Ocean Region. Authority to test was granted for a two—week period beginning June 18, 1996. Comments or petitions on Columbia‘s request may be filed on or before June 26, 1996.
