Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Notification of Non-routine Transmission Levels Intelsat 10-02, Call Sign S2414, File No. SAT-MOD-20030723-00136 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”), pursuant to Section 25.140(d) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”), 47 C.F.R. § 25.140(d), hereby notifies the Commission that it has coordinated the following non-routine transmission levels with respect to the above- referenced satellite located at 1° W.L. Downlink EIRP Uplink Power Frequency Band Beam(s) Density Level Density Level WH, EH, GBL, NEZ, 3.7 – 4.2 GHz -30 dBW/Hz - SEZ 10.95 – 11.2 GHz -21 dBW/Hz - S1, S2, S3, S3X 11.45 – 11.7 GHz -21 dBW/Hz - S1, S2, S3, S3X 14.0 – 14.5 GHz - -46 dBW/Hz S1, S2, S3, S3X Intelsat understands that per the Commission’s rules, it is not obligated to coordinate the above levels with U.S. license applicants and petitioners for U.S. market access that file applications/market access requests after the date of this letter.
