This entity does not affect ultimate ownership or control ofthe licenses held by PanAmSat Licensee Corp. PanAmSat Licensee Corp. sincerely regrets the error and will identify this entity in future applications, including the application filed today for authority to launch and operate a replacement satellite at 91° W.L.
