Intelsatis aware that, as a result ofthe actions taken at the 1998 Plenipotentiary Conference, processing fees will now be charged by the ITU for satellite filings. As a consequence, Commission applicants are responsible for any and all fees charged by the ITU." Intelsat hereby states that it s aware of, and unconditionally accepts, this responsibility and agrees to pay, at the appropriate time, any ITU cost recovery fees for the USASAT—60M ITU filings associated with the Intelsatlcense for TA—9 at 77.0° W.L.
