(“SES”), by its attorney, hereby advises the Commission that the SES-10 satellite has commenced operations at 66.9° W.L. in accordance with the terms of the U.S. market access granted in the above-referenced proceedings. See File No. SAT-MPL- 20170108-00002, grant reissued March 22, 2017 (“SES-10 Market Access Grant”). Accordingly, SES requests that the Commission determine that the performance milestones set forth in paragraph 14 of the SES-10 Market Access Grant have been satisfied and that SES may release the performance bond for SES-10.
