Satmex is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Eutelsat, S.A. (“Eutelsat”), a société anonyme organized under the laws of France. Eutelsat is a direct subsidiary of Eutelsat Communications Finance S.A.S., a société par actions simplifiée organized under the laws of France (“Eutelsat Finance”). Eutelsat Finance is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Eutelsat Communications S.A. (“Eutelsat Communications”), a société anonyme organized under the laws of France. 95.62% of Eutelsat’s share capital is held by Eutelsat Finance. The sole activity of Eutelsat Finance is to hold the share capital of Eutelsat. The address for Eutelsat, Eutelsat Finance, and Eutelsat Communications is 70, rue Balard, F-75502 Paris Cedex 15, France. Eutelsat provided detailed information regarding its ownership structure pursuant to its 2013 acquisition of Satmex; for additional information, please refer to the filing it made in connection with that proceeding.1 The name, address, and citizenship of the only stockholder of record owning and/or voting 10% or more of Eutelsat Communications is Bpifrance participations (the “BPI”), which owns 25.62% of the share capital of Eutelsat Communications. BPI is a société anonyme organized under the laws of France in 2008 to enhance equity in France and help stabilize French companies during the economic crisis. The address of the BPI is 56 Rue de Lille, 75007 Paris, France. To the best of Eutelsat Communications’ knowledge, no other shareholders own, directly or indirectly, more than 10% of its share capital or voting rights.
