(“Hispasat”), by its counsel, provides the following supplement and correction to the record with respect to the above-referenced notification of a change in ownership of Permitted List satellites. The FCC staff requested clarification regarding Hispasat’s ownership of Hispamar Satélites, S.A. (“Hispamar”). The above referenced notification inadvertently misstates that Hispamar is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hispasat. As previously reported to the Commission, Hispamar is owned by three entities:1 Hispasat directly owns 12.44 percent of Hispamar’s shares; Hispasat Brasil, Ltda.—itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Hispasat—owns 68.52 percent of Hispamar; and Telemar Norte Leste S.A. owns the remaining 19.04 percent. Attached is a chart showing each of these three entities and their respective ownership interests in Hispamar. Please contact the undersigned with any questions.
