The Notification of planned transfer was placed on Public notice on November 22, 2013. (See Public Notice, Report No. SAT—00981). The Commission did not receive any comments. After review, the Satellite Division determined that the planned transfer of control of Satélites Mexicanos would not affect any of the considerations made when the Mexican—licensed Satmex 5 (§2589), Satmex 6 (§2695), and Satmex 8 ($§2873) satellites were initially granted U.S. market access.
