SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Limited Form 312 Attachment A ALIEN OWNERSHIP (Response to Item 34) The petitioner, SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Limited ("SES Gibraltar"), is a company formed under the laws of Gibraltar and its ownership information is provided in detail in Attachment B to this petition. SES Gibraltar’s petition is not subject to the provisions regarding foreign ownership and control under Section 310(b)(4) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, which establishes certain limitations on indirect foreign ownership and control of certain FCC licensees. SES Gibraltar is not seeking a Commission license but only authority for U.S.- licensed earth stations to communicate with NSS-703. Accordingly, no foreign ownership analysis is applicable to this petition.
