Furthermore, we consider that some of their advices are quite impertinent because it does not correspond to them to pronounce any judgment about the efforts deployed by our countries related with our satellite networks and disqualifying them; in this regard, it shall be taken into account that StarOne was already involved in a Joint venture with an Andean scompany to enter in operation our §82 network, but such a joint venture did not comply their engagements before Andean countries, entailing the annuiment of the granted rights to exploit this natwork, becoming one of our major hurdles to have such a network in full operation (but StarOne omitted to mention it in its advice) For these reasons among other ones, the administration of Colombia, as the notifying i administration of Andean satellite networks, kindly ask you for a meseting next Friday 27 of June, in order to provide additional arguments to ratify our request, Mrs. Suzy Sierra, from our ministry staff will attend and 1TSO meeting Thursday 28", so we want to profit this occasion to meet with you next day, if possible, We are doing some arrangements, asking Andean embassies staff to be part of this delegation: we might confirm you about it next days, | Looking forward reading form you Joaquin G.
