SAT—PPL—20050926—00184, SAT—PDR 20050926—00184, SAT—AMD—20051116—00221. TMUTerrestar indicated that it would provide the substantive reasons for that opposition when they submit an opposition to the petitions for reconsideration filed in TB Docket Nos, 05—220 and 05—221,‘ in accordance with the pleading cyele to be established pursuant tothe Commission‘s January 23, 2006 Public Notice." Inmarsat intends to reply to any such substantive arguments after TMUTerrestar provide them.
