(collectively, "TMITerreStar®)‘ hereby oppose the petitionfor reconsideration ofthe dismissal of the above—captioned application filed on January 9, 2006 by Inmarsat Global Limited ("Inmarsat"). The substantive reasons for TMI/TereStar‘s opposition will be consolidated with its opposition to Inmarsat‘s petition for reconsideration ofthe decision in IB Dockets 05—220 and 05—221, which, pursuant to a public notice released by the Commission on January 23, 2006, will be due for fling after publication ofthe decision at issue in the Federal Register.
