                TMI Communications and Company Limited Partnership and its affiliat,
TerreStar Networks Inc. (collectively, "TMITerreStar®)‘ hereby oppose the petitionfor
reconsideration ofthe dismissal of the above—captioned application filed on January 9, 2006 by
Inmarsat Global Limited ("Inmarsat"). The substantive reasons for TMI/TereStar‘s opposition
will be consolidated with its opposition to Inmarsat‘s petition for reconsideration ofthe decision
in IB Dockets 05—220 and 05—221, which, pursuant to a public notice released by the
Commission on January 23, 2006, will be due for fling after publication ofthe decision at issue
in the Federal Register. This opposition is merely being filed out ofan abundance of caution.
