As H result, Star One has met the final construction milestone in its Permitted List grant. See Stamp Grant at condition (g), File Nos. SAT-PPL-20050706-00143, SAT- AMD-200507 14-00147, SAT-AMD-2005I 1 18-00222 (granted Mar. 29, 2006). Accordingly, Star One is entitled to a reduction in the amount of its performance bond for this satellite from $750.000 to Lero.
