The owner of the satellites is now Telesat Spectrum General Partnership (“TSGP”) rather than Telesat. This change is entirely pro forma since: (1) Telesat owns 99.999% of the units of TSGP, a general partnership formed under the laws of Ontario, Canada; and (2) Telesat indirectly owns the remaining units of TGSP through its 100% ownership of Telesat 2016 ULC, a Canadian company formed under the laws of Alberta, which owns the remaining units. 1 47 C.F.R. § 25.137(g).
