operared by New Skies Satellires N.V.. ("New Skies"), on the Pcrmirred Space Station
List ([he "Permitted Lisr") at the 21 -5" W.L. (338.5" E L . ) orbital locarion.' AS the
Radiocornmunicarions Agency of the Netherlands recently informed the Commission.

approved by The U.S. and Netherlands governments, rhe NSS-7 sarellirz will be relocared
