Ltd. (“Spacecom”) hereby relinquishes the Permitted Space Station List entry granted by the Commission for the AMOS-2 satellite located at 4° W.L.1 The AMOS-2 satellite is nearing the end of its useful life and currently provides no service to the U.S. Therefore, there is no need for the AMOS-2 to maintain access to the U.S. market and Spacecom respectfully requests that the FCC accept this surrender of its market access authorization.
