In the meeting, Intelsat discussed the "good cause" standard for granting milestone extension requests, particularly as it relates to partially constructed satellites. Intelsat further discussed the Commission‘s standards where there exists an issue regarding ITU priority with respect to an orbital location. Pursuant to section 1.1206(b)(1) of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. §1.1206(b)(1), four originals and four copies of this letter are being provided to you for inclusion in the public record of the above referenced proceedings.
