Orbital Location, File No. SAT-MSC-20100628-00160 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”), formerly Intelsat North America LLC, by counsel, files this letter to supplement the above-referenced petition. Specifically, Intelsat clarifies that it only seeks authority to retain the C-band frequencies at the nominal 129° W.L. orbital location.1 At this time, Intelsat does not plan to use the Ku-band frequencies at this orbital location.
