Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Application to Modify Authorization for Galaxy 13; Call Sign S2386 File No. SAT-MOD-20181105-00082 Dear Ms. Dortch: At the request of Federal Communications Commission staff, Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) hereby supplements its above-referenced Application. Specifically, Intelsat updates the Commission on its requested license extension term. Intelsat seeks to extend the Galaxy 13 license term through December 2025,1 which corresponds to the expected end of service life of the satellite, assuming no inclined-orbit operation. To the extent the satellite’s projected end of service life is extended in the future, Intelsat will seek an additional extension of the license term.
