Dear Ms. Dortch:

        At the request of Federal Communications Commission staff, Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”)
hereby supplements its above-referenced Application. Specifically, Intelsat updates the Commission on
its requested license extension term. Intelsat seeks to extend the Galaxy 13 license term through
December 2025,1 which corresponds to the expected end of service life of the satellite, assuming no
inclined-orbit operation. To the extent the satellite’s projected end of service life is extended in the
future, Intelsat will seek an additional extension of the license term. All other information in the above-
referenced Application remains unchanged.
