Specifically, Intelsat updates the Commission on its discussions with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (“NOAA”) with regards to 137.0° W.L. The discussions have concluded, and Intelsat 5 will remain at 137.0° W.L. and GOES 17 will be located at 137.2 W.L.
