File No. SAT— MOD—20180326—00023 Dear Madam or Sir DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (*DIRECTV"), holds an authorization from the Federal Communications Commission (*FCC" or "Commission") to launch and operate a Ku—band satellite at the 76°WL orbital location (DIRECTV KU—76W; call sign $2888). DIRECTV hercby advises the FCC that it has no objection to grant of Intelsat‘s recently filed application (File No. SAT—MOD—20180326—00025) to modify it license for the 18—16 satellite (call sign $2750) to operatc using Ku—band frequencics at the same nominal orbital location. DIRECTV and Intelsat have coordinated the operation of I5—16 atthe nominal 76 ° WT. orbitallocation. This coondination includes DIRECTV and its afflites, SkyMexico and Sky Brasil using capacity on the 1—16 satellte. Respootfull submitted, M.
