INFORMATION ON USE OF NON-U.S. LICENSED SATELLITES

Following the orbital adjustments described in the instant notification filed pursuant to 47 C.F.R.
§ 25.118(f), Globalstar Licensee LLC will continue to operate its U.S. licensed satellites in
conjunction with Globalstar, Inc.’s non-U.S. licensed satellites as currently authorized:
Globalstar, Inc.’s second-generation NGSO MSS satellites licensed through the Republic of
France (Globalstar 2.0, ITU Name HIBLEO-X).1
