Specifically, Intelsat seeks to extend the license term for the Galaxy 3C satellite, and a previously granted Narrative & Exhibits 10

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
