INFORMATION ON USE OF NON-U.S. LICENSED SATELLITES

Following Commission approval of the instant license modification application filed pursuant to
47 C.F.R. § 25.149, GUSA Licensee LLC and GCL Licensee LLC earth stations will continue to
communicate with the same non-U.S. licensed satellites as currently authorized: Globalstar,
Inc.’s second-generation NGSO MSS satellites licensed through the Republic of France
(Globalstar 2.0, ITU Name HIBLEO-X).1
