Re: Application of Intelsat License LLC to Modify Authorization for Intelsat 29e (S2913)
                 File No. SAT-MOD-20160916-00091

Dear Ms. Dortch:

At the further request of the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC” or “Commission”) staff,
Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) herein further supplements its Application to Modify Authorization for
Intelsat 29e (S2913) to clarify that:

 Selectable center frequencies for channels CMD1 and CMD 2 may be calculated as:
          Frequency (MHz) = 6422.0 + 0.1*n, where n is an integer from 0 to 25, inclusive; and

 Selectable center frequencies for channel CMD3 may be calculated as:
          Frequency (MHz) = 5850.5 + 0.1*n, where n is an integer from 0 to 25, inclusive.

Because Intelsat is providing the above information in the format specifically requested by staff, Intelsat
assumes it conforms with the requirements of Section 25.114(c)(4)(i).1 To the extent staff disagrees,
Intelsat requests a waiver of Section 25.114(c)(4)(i).

In addition, upon staff request, Intelsat further clarifies Table 2: Requested Modified Command
Channels from Schedule S, Table S9 to read:

Please direct any questions regarding this supplement to the undersigned at (703) 559-6949.
