Dear Ms. Dortch:

       Pursuant to Section 25.280(a) of the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC” or
“Commission”) rules (47 C.F.R. § 25.280(a)), Intelsat License LLC hereby notifies the FCC of the
commencement of inclined orbit operations for Intelsat 904.1 Set forth below is the information
required by the Commission.

(1)    The operator’s name is Intelsat License LLC.

(2)    The satellite is expected to leave the 0.05° inclination control box on October 16, 2018. The last
       north/south station-keeping maneuver occurred on September 25, 2018.

(3)    The initial inclination (after the last north/south station-keeping maneuver) was 0.040 °.

(4)    The rate of change in inclination per year is as follows:
