Downlink EIRP Uplink Power Frequency Band Beam(s) Density Level Density Level 3.7 – 4.2 GHz -32 dBW/Hz - CGLD, CGRD, CSLD, CSRD KAVD, KCHD, KCVD, 10.95 – 11.2 GHz -20 dBW/Hz - KMHD KAVD, KCHD, KCVD, 11.45 – 11.7 GHz -20 dBW/Hz - KMHD, KMVD KAHU, KCHU, KCVU, 14.0 – 14.5 GHz - -45 dBW/Hz KMHU, KMVU Intelsat understands that per the Commission’s rules, it is not obligated to coordinate the above levels with U.S. license applicants and petitioners for U.S. market access that file applications/market access requests after the date of this letter.
