Dear Ms. Dortch:

        DISH Operating L.L.C. (“DISH”) submits this letter to clarify that the above-referenced
license extension application for the EchoStar 10 satellite (Call Sign S2694) should be for ten
years, consistent with Section 25.121 of the Commission’s rules.1 The satellite has estimated
fuel consumption and an expected end-of-life that will run until April 2027. Should DISH
require a further extension in 2026, it will apply for an additional extension at that time.
