Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Notification of Non-routine Transmission Levels Intelsat 17, Call Sign S2814 File No. SAT-LOA-20100726-00167 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”), pursuant to Section 25.140(d) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”), 47 C.F.R. § 25.140(d), hereby notifies the Commission that it has coordinated the following non-routine transmission levels with respect to the above- referenced satellite located at 66.0° E.L. Downlink EIRP Uplink Power Frequency Band Beam(s) Density Level Density Level LMDH, LMDV, GADR, 3.7 – 4.2 GHz -32.1 dBW/Hz - HADR, GBDL, HBDL 10.95-11.2 GHz -19 dBW/Hz - AFDH, RUDH, EMDV 11.45 – 11.7 GHz -19 dBW/Hz - AFDH, RUDH, GSDH, EMDV 14.0 – 14.5 GHz -42 dBW/Hz - EMUH, AFUV, RUUV, GSUV Intelsat understands that per the Commission’s rules, it is not obligated to coordinate the above levels with U.S. license applicants and petitioners for U.S. market access that file applications/market access requests after the date of this letter.
