DECLARATION I, Jack Wengryniuk, Senior Director — Spectrum Management and Regulatory Affairs , DIRECTV Enterprises LLP, hereby certify as follows: 1. The DIRECTV KU—79W spacecraft successfully completed in—orbit testing. Its measured performance is consistent with the station authorization granted by the Commission, and the space station is capable of using its assigned frequencies. 2.
