Launch Notification of 2 satellites December 3, 2018
Space Station Call Sign S2862 (Skysat)

Dear Ms. Dortch:

On December 3, 2018, consistent with its Commission authorization1, Planet Labs Inc. (Planet)
successfully launched and put into operations 2 of 2 satellites, Skysat-14 and Skysat-15, to an initial orbital
altitude of approximately 578 km circular with inclination of 97.76 degrees, (via SpaceX Falcon 9 vehicle
launched from the USA). Over time in the year 2019, the satellites orbit will be adjusted using propulsion to
a final orbit of approximately 500 km circular with inclination 97.4 degrees. These satellites operate in the
authorized bands 8025-8400 MHz (space-to-Earth) for remote sensing data, 2025-2110 MHz (Earth to
space) for telecommand data.

Should you have any questions, please contact the undersigned.
