(“Terra Bella”) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (“NASA”) concerning the SkySat NGSO spacecraft authorized under Call Sign S2862 approves the following ground station sites for space-to-earth downlink of remote-sensing and telemetry data in the 8025-8400 MHz band. Terra Bella Earth Station Sites Fairbanks, Alaska Inuvik, Canada Svalbard, Norway Troll, Antarctica Tromso, Norway Terra Bella requests that the Commission modify license condition number 6 to include such additional earth station sites.
