The application of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (DIRECTV), IBFS File No. SAT—MOD—20150320—00012, to
modify the authorization for its DIRECTV 10 space station (Call Sign $2641), is GRANTED. Specifically,
DIRECTV is authorized to operate DIRECTV 10 at the 102.85° W.L. orbital location, instead of its currently
authorized orbital location at 102.815° W.L. DIRECTV 10 is authorized to provide Fixed—Satellite Service (FSS)
in the 18.3—18.8 GHz (space—to—Earth) and 28.35—28.6 GHz and 29.25—29.5 GHz (Earth—to—space) frequency
bands. Other than the change in orbital location, the conditions contained in prior authorizations otherwise
remain in effect.‘ All operations of the DIRECTV 10 space station must be in accordance with the technical
specifications set forth in DIRECTV‘s application, Federal Communications Commission‘s rules, and the
conditions set forth below.

1: DIRECTV must coordinate all of its Ka—band downlink operations with Federal
fixed—satellite systems, both geostationary and non—geostationary, in accordance with footnote US334 to the Table
of Frequency Allocations, 47 C.F.R. § 2.106. Absent a coordination agreement pursuant to footnoteUS334,
DIRECTV shall operate its Ka—band downlink operations on a non—harmful interference basis with regards to
Federal systems in the 18.3—18.8 and 19.7—20.2 GHz frequency bands and must terminate its Ka—band downlink
operations immediately in the event that such operations cause harmful interference into operating Federal
systems. In addition, DIRECTV must accept interference from such systems absent a coordinating agreement
pursuant to footnote US334.

        2. DIRECTV must maintain the DIRECTV 10 space station with an
east/west longitudinal station—keeping tolerance of +/— 0.025 degrees of the 102.85° W.L. orbital location." See 47
C.FR. § 25.210(j).

       3. Nothing in this grant extends the license term for the DIRECTV 10 space station ($2641), which
ends September 13, 2022.

        4. DIRECTV is afforded 30 days from the date of the release to decline this authorization as
conditioned. Failure to respond within this period will constitute formal acceptance of this authorization as
conditioned.
