As of December 10, 2014, Putnam Investments LLC (“Putnam”), a Canadian company located at One Post Office Square, Boston, MA 02102, holds approximately 11.57% of the equity interest and approximately 2.17% of the voting interest of EchoStar.1 Other 10 percent or greater stockholders of EchoStar identified in the above-referenced application, along with their reported equity and voting interests, remain substantially the same.
