Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Notice of Deployment IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20140912-00100 (Call Sign S2912) Dear Ms. Dortch: By this letter, Planet Labs Inc. provides notification to the Commission that on September 14, 2016, eight (8) “Flock 2e_prime” satellites were deployed from the International Space Station (“ISS”) into a 405 km circular orbit with an inclination of 51.6°. The Flock 2e_prime satellites were delivered to the ISS via a Atlas V / Cygnus launch on March 23, 2016. Please direct any questions regarding this filing to the undersigned.
