                   Notification of the Retirement of Flock Satellites in the ISS Orbit
                   Space Station Call Sign S2912

Dear Ms. Dortch:

On November 10, 2018 the last remaining Dove satellite (a member of a block of satellites known as Flock-2e’)
deployed from the International Space Station (ISS) into a 400 km 51.6 deg. inclination orbit (i.e. ISS orbit) has re-
entered the atmosphere. There are no longer any Flock satellites1 in the ISS orbit at this time as previously authorized2.
