Re: Supplement to Application for Authority to Modify Galaxy 11 License
Call Sign $2253; File No.: SAT—MOD—20121018—00184

Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat"), pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission‘s
rules,‘ hereby supplements its above referenced pending application to redeploy
the Galaxy 11 satellite (call sign $2253) from 55.5° W.L. to 44.8° W.L.

As the Commission is aware, on February 1, 2013 Intelsat 27, which was to
replace Galaxy 11 at 55.5° W.L., failed to launch successfully and was lost." As
a result of this launch failure, Intelsat plans to delay the redeployment of Galaxy
11 to 44.8° W.L. until the second half of 2015, when Galaxy 11is expected to be
replaced by a new satellite — Intelsat 27R. With the exception of the timing of
the redeployment, all other information in the pending application remains the
same.

Please contact the undersigned should you have any questions.

Sincerely,

C?MJAC,LQQ
