Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Notification of Non-routine Transmission Levels Intelsat 33e, Call Sign S2939 File No. SAT-LOA-20150327-00016 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”), pursuant to Section 25.140(d) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”), 47 C.F.R. § 25.140(d), hereby notifies the Commission that it has coordinated the following non-routine transmission levels with respect to the above- referenced satellite located at 60.0° E.L. Downlink EIRP Uplink Power Frequency Band Beam(s) Density Level Density Level CGRD, CSLD, CSRD, CUHD, 3.7 – 4.2 GHz -32 dBW/Hz - CULD, CURD, CUVD BSS: KGHD, KGVD, KUHD, 11.7 – 11.95 GHz -21 dBW/Hz - KUVD BSS: KGHD, KGVD, KUHD, 11.95 – 12.2 GHz -21 dBW/Hz - KUVD KUHU, KUVU, KWHU, 14.0 – 14.5 GHz - -45 dBW/Hz KWVU Intelsat understands that per the Commission’s rules, it is not obligated to coordinate the above levels with U.S. license applicants and petitioners for U.S. market access that file applications/market access requests after the date of this letter.
