SAT-MOD-20121002-00176; SAT-MOD- 20140829-00097 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”), pursuant to Section 25.140(d) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”), 47 C.F.R. § 25.140(d), hereby notifies the Commission that it has coordinated the following non-routine transmission levels with respect to the above- referenced satellite located at 157.0° E.L. Downlink EIRP Uplink Power Frequency Band Beam(s) Density Level Density Level 11.45 – 11.7 GHz -20 dBW/Hz - SKVD 14.0 – 14.5 GHz - -41 dBW/Hz PKHU Intelsat understands that per the Commission’s rules, it is not obligated to coordinate the above levels with U.S. license applicants and petitioners for U.S. market access that file applications/market access requests after the date of this letter.
