EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation seeks modification of its authorization to operate EchoStar 3 at 61.45 W.L. on Channels 23 and 24 under permanent authority and on Channels 1 and 2 under STA. See attached narrative. Narrative 10

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
