EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation (ESOC) hereby notifies the Commission that the
EchoStar 3 satellite has successfully completed end-of-life deorbit maneuvers and has been placed
into a disposal orbit more than 350 km. above the geostationary arc, with its fuel and pressurants
depleted, and batteries discharged, consistent with of the terms and conditions of its license and
47 C.F.R. § 25.283.
