Pursuant to Section 25.264(a) of the Commission’s rules and the 17/24 GHz BSS Second R&O, DIRECTV hereby submits the predicted transmitting antenna off−axis gain information for DIRECTV RB−2. See Exhibit A. 10

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
