(“Sirius XM”), hereby certifies to the Commission that on November 25, 2014, the Sirius FM-6 satellite successfully was placed into orbit at 116.15° W.L. and the operations of the satellite fully conform to the terms and conditions of its authorization. Pursuant to Section 25.144(d) of the Commission’s rules,1 and condition 10 of the authorization for the FM-6 satellite,2 the license term for Sirius FM-6 will run for eight years and expire on November 25, 2022.
