I would like to ask you to inform to relevant officials in FCC that Government of Japan has concerns about the plan Lightsquared proposed because we are operating Mochibiki (QZS-1), the first satellite supporting QZSS (Quasi Zenith Satellite System), which is interoperable with GPS, and we are now planning for deployment of future QZSS satellites. We believe that secure and stable uses of GPS and other satellite navigation systems are quite important, as satellite navigation is getting more and more importance as social infrastructures.
