               With respect to the above—referenced satellite renewal application, EchoStar Corporation
       ("EchoStar"), through counsel, provides the following information regarding the continuing
       capabilities of the EchoStar 6 satellite.

                   EchoStar 6 was launched in July 2000 with an original useful life of 12 years. Based on
