At the time, we were not aware that Spectrum Five had filed a petition to dismiss or deny the application. Specifically, earlier this morning I left a voice message with Ms. Vorwig asking her to call either me or Alyssa Roberts concerning the debris mitigation statement included in the application. She subsequently spoke to Alyssa Roberts, who requested that in order to facilitate processing of the application, DISH submit an amendment with an orbital debris statement that provides the information items specified in the FCC rules. A copy of this email will be included in the International Bureau Filing System record for this file. Please respond to confirm receipt of this email.
